Every ONEAER wheelset purchased from our official online store or an authorized ONEAER service center comes with full after service, backed by our commitment to riders.
Global Lifetime After Service
ONEAER provides lifetime after service for its entire wheelset range, so you can ride with peace of mind.
If a wheelset is assessed as repairable, we will repair, replace parts on, or rebuild the damaged wheelset.
Repair charges are quoted separately after each case is assessed.
Regional Rim Replacement Service
If a rim is assessed as making the wheelset unsafe for normal use, it is handled according to the region below.
Taiwan
- Please complete the after service registration within 60 days of purchasing a new wheelset. Register here ► https://oneaer.com/warranty-reg
- The wheelset must have been sold through the official online store (store.oneaer.com), and the purchaser's identity must be verified.
- For damage caused by a traffic accident, please provide the police report or photos taken at the scene to speed up processing.
※ Return Requirement
All after service requests require the damaged product to be returned to ONEAER. Requests without the returned product cannot be processed.

Please email info@oneaer.com with ① detailed photos of the rim damage, ② a photo of the rim serial number, and ③ proof of purchase. We will reply as soon as possible with the next steps. The damaged product must be returned for any after service request.
Not Covered by After Service
- Cosmetic wear from normal use.
- Disassembly, assembly or modification by the user.
- Intentional damage, which voids all after service rights; ONEAER reserves the right to take legal action.
- Non-original owners (second-hand or resold products) are eligible for lifetime repair service only.
How to Request After Service
If you suspect something is wrong with your wheelset:
- Stop riding it immediately.
- Return the wheelset to the service center where you picked it up.
- Once the service center confirms and accepts the case, the process will begin, and we will keep you updated on its progress.
Any service fees (e.g. labor for removal and installation) are charged by the local service center and are not included in ONEAER's after service.
For damage caused by a traffic accident, please provide the police report or photos taken at the scene to speed up processing.
